By using Symposia (conferencely.org, "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Symposia is an editorial catalog of academic and industry conferences. We aggregate, curate, and augment information from public sources and from our admin team. Information is provided "as is" — always verify deadlines, dates and locations on the official conference website before acting on them.

You may create a free account to bookmark conferences, mark attendance, and post reviews. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

Reviews and other content you post must be truthful and respectful. By posting, you grant Symposia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content as part of the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Symposia name, logo, design system, editorial copy, and source code are © 2026 Symposia. The conference data is aggregated from third-party sources (conference websites, OpenAlex, etc.) and remains the property of its respective owners. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish the catalog in bulk without written permission.

Symposia uses AI (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) to summarize papers and answer concierge queries. AI output may be inaccurate. Always verify against the source.

Symposia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including (but not limited to) missed deadlines or inaccurate information.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the home page.
